Are your parents name as well as yours on the house title? If so you would all own a third each. So i would think you should be able to stay in the house. If not you might have to wait until you have lived in the same house for at least 5 years before you place your parents into care. If only one parent goes into care the house would be exempt if the other parent continues to live there.
Your parents would need to be assessed by acat before they can go into care. As far as the RAD is concerned that would all depend on they’re assets and how much money they have.
