My Dad is in Permanent residential care in a nursing home In country Victoria. I want him to come to the city for 3 weeks for Christmas and stay in a different nursing home temporarily near where I live.

Would he stay in respite and pay the $52 per day? Or would he pay full price since he already has a permanent home. How much would full price be?
Understand we have to keep paying the normal price where his permanent nursing home is.
