Have submitted an hardship application what is the usual wait time for an answer?

According to My Aged Care once the Department of Human Services receives your application it will be assessed within 28 days. You will be notified in wriring.
If the Dept of Human Services requires further information from you then the assessment will be completed within 28 days of the Department receiving the additional information.
